This is the factory grille and headlight bezels — rebuilt in solid billet aluminum.
The original 1978–1979 F-Series and Bronco grille and bezels were plastic by necessity, not by choice. We never accepted that. So we 3D scanned original, untouched OEM parts, reverse engineered every surface, radius, and mounting point, and recreated them exactly as Ford intended, only this time in 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, machined on a 5-axis CNC.
The result is the first and only true OE-correct billet grille and headlight bezel system for a Dentside Ford. Every line, opening, and proportion is factory-accurate. The difference isn’t visual at first glance; it’s in the precision, the material, the weight, and the permanence.
Most people will walk right past it.

If money and manufacturing limitations didn’t exist in the late ’70s, this is the grille Ford would have built.
Every component is significantly heavier than the original plastic pieces, giving the front of the truck a substantial, mechanical presence that simply cannot be replicated with molded parts.
This is OEM+ taken to its absolute extreme, truck jewelry, built with restraint.
What’s Included
Hardware is not included. The system installs using factory mounting locations. We strongly recommend upgrading to stainless hardware during installation.
